Nikhil provides strategic and marketing inputs for ensuring delivery excellence and scalability of operations. He plays a key role in Business
Development & expansion.
Nikhil plays a major role in NEOGROUP and looks for continuous improvement in the organization and often tends to lend his support to other areas with his solution-based approach.
Nikhil is a graduate in Commerce and has multiple certifications in Finance.
Binoy Koshy is a Sales Head with NEOGroup and associated with the organization since 2019.
He is responsible for Sales and Marketing of all the investment products of Neogreen Ventures Pvt Ltd. and Neo Jan Nidhi Pvt Ltd.
With an experience of 15+ years in Sales for Financial and Investment product, Binoy is deft in handling the sales team, accounts management, Client interaction and conversion.
Binoy is a Graduate in Commerce and an astute in financial products and sales strategies.
Chetan Narkaar is been associated with NEOGroup since 2020 as Sales Head – NEST & NEO Homes wherein he looks into both sales as well as marketing side of NEST as well as NEO Homes.
Chetan manages the business with a flair in Project implementation, client relations and team management and has complete know how of realty business. He has over 13 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing, and has a proven track record of acquiring major projects & deals throughout his tenure.
Chetan is a Graduate in Commerce and also completed all levels in Hindi Rashtrabhasha.
Dhanaxmi Sinkar joined as Operations Head in 2021. She is responsible for the day-to-day management of NeoGroups Operations and oversees HR and IT functions as well.
She has 15+ years of experience with top Financial and Insurance companies like Bajaj Allianz, Royal Sundaram, HDFC securities and ICICI Lombard etc. And handled critical processes and is always keen on achieving operational efficiencies and keeping costs under control.
Dhanlaxmi is a Graduate in Commerce along with degree of Bachelor of legislative law and FII from Insurance Institution of India.
